I would highly recommend local Deland Realtor, Robert Greene. Robert has assisted me with not only one but two property purchases. One was a professional building and the other a luxury home with 5 acres of land. Not only did both of our transactions go smoothly but they were both out of the area! I'm an investor that researches and acquires properties in multiple States. This particular property was purchased through an auction. In reviewing the different RE Agent profiles, I decided to reach out to Mr. Greene and true to his word, he was very quick to respond. His vast knowledge of the area provided me valuable information of the property. Once the Title was recorded, Mr. Greene then provided me contacts for work crews to help in cleanup. Mr. Greene then set aside time (on his day off) to meet me at the property (with tools) so that I could gain entry into the Units. For that and other follow up issues, he continual exceeded my exceptions and for that I am VERY grateful! Clearing the Title on this property was very arduous and time consuming. During this time, Mr. Greene continued to be my eyes / ears on the property and always returning my calls or texts. Mr. Greene also took time out of his schedule to attend the Magistrate hearing. Again, he went way beyond my expectations. Once the court process was completed, Mr. Greene then reached out to the interested parties and we were able to initiate a quick close! Based on this experience, I will be on the hunt for other properties in the DeLand (Voluisa Cnty) area and without hesitation, Mr. Greene will be the first person that I will contact. The best decision I've ever made was start working with Robert when I needed the help of a real estate professional. We started working together way back in 1976 in Deland when I bought my first house. I’ve worked with him throughout the years, buying and selling my properties, and he’s always had my best interests prioritized. He’s always got me the best deals. His advice was quite valuable, because he always saved me lots of grief, and money, on what could've been difficult times. At every step of the process he’s kept me advised on what's going on constantly. I can't thank Robert enough for all the hard work he and his team did for me.
