I highly recommend Bob and Michelle Hawk! Not only are they very professional and knowledgeable they negotiated everything we wanted in the purchase of our new home, and sale of our previous home.
They helped us find the perfect location and lot in no time at all. We put in a contingency offer on a new build. Because of Bob and Michelle’s expertise in the market and staging, our current home sold with a full price offer in 3 days! Wow, we were so impressed. Both houses closed on the same day and we were on our way to the house of our dreams! They worked diligently and I felt like I had support throughout this entire process. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, we could never have done this without them. It was the best experience we could have asked for.

Bob listened to the type of home we were looking for and advised us the best plan to accomplish our goals. He went and found the perfect home for us, and we trust him so much (we were out of town) we toured the home via FaceTime and he wrote up our offer the same day. Bob and Michelle did a great job helping us sell our house. They were extremely engaged and responsive through the entire process. From coming over and walking through the house and offering sound advice on ways to maximize salability and profit, having a huge network of folks that can support, to providing constant updates on progress. Selling a home can be stressful and Bob and Michelle were great making everything seamless and stress free. In the end we sold our house quickly and were able to obtain much more than we expected. I would recommend Bob and Michelle to anyone looking to sell their home!

In one of the craziest markets they helped us negotiate excellent terms with selling our home, then again when buying and all within an extremely quick turn around time . Bob's negotiating skills and rapport helped immensely in our offer getting accepted in a multiple offer situation. They are all about providing the best service possible to their clients. We contacted the Hawk Team when we first began our search for a new home. They listened closely to exactly what we wanted and were very proactive with great listings but also patient as we sought out the perfect home. They were extremely responsive and I always felt heard and understood. I was fully confident that they were knowledgeable of the area and the market. When we began our negotiations, they worked tirelessly for us but were also completely fair and just and kept us informed of everything along the way.
