As a first time homebuyer, and as someone who had no idea on how or where to begin, Robert Holcomb really made the process easy breezy. From showing me the many homes I was interested in to answering all of my questions-some which were repetitive- Robert was very knowledgeable and patient during my home search. He was very quick to respond to my messages and made sure I understood important documents and steps during the process. After viewing what seemed like every home on the market and sadly seeing them go under contract before I could place an offer- I finally found the right home for me! After putting an offer in, Robert thoroughly explained the closing process and assured me that it was not as scary as most think. Which it really wasn’t! Once that was all done, I met up with Robert to get the keys to my new home. His genuine excitement, hard work, and patience is greatly appreciated!
