Robert has been an absolute blessing, helping me sell my father's home. My dad sadly passed away before the house sold, causing a multitude of issues in me being the personal representative in his will. Robert helped me every step of the way. Living in Colorado, 2500 miles away from my dad's home, complicated things even further for me. However, again, Robert was there to help! Anything needing done at the house, he took care of! He pretty much took care of EVERYTHING for me making the process simple. Robert, as I've said 100 times over, "thank you for everything you've done for me!". I would recommend if you're looking to sell a home in Huntsville/Owens Cross Roads, don't call anyone else but Robert!! 🙏🙏

We sold our home in Madison in May through Robert, and he and his team are amazing! I contacted Robert in Dec. 2021 about planned improvements before selling in Spring 2022, and he gave his time freely to advise us on what we should be concentrating on and what projects were not really worth the cost/effort. That help was of enormous value! And it paid off. We had a quick sale (11 days on the market) just when things started to turn down. One thing in particular that I noticed about Robert is that not only does he know the Huntsville/Madison area intimately, but also, he is very informed about all aspects, happenings, and forecasts of the economy (The Fed, Wall Street, Treasury Dept., real estate market, etc.). Having that knowledge base allows Robert to provide realistic, timely, and rational advise to his clients. Robert's team did an amazing job with the photographs and info sheets - everything looked great! Calling Robert Hussey was the best move we could have made; Robert and his team are Pros, and they're the team you need backing you up. We'd sign up with him again without question.

The previous 5-star reviews speak for themselves but I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robert and my experience finding our forever home in AL. From the get-go, he was extremely helpful- sending updates to our email with homes that met our criteria as soon as they hit the market and always staying within our requested budget. Relocating from out of state was daunting and he made the entire process seamless. He lined up all homes we wanted to see in one day and had back-to-back showings for us the next day for homes we wanted to revisit. He worked around the clock nonstop for us; I received updates in emails and texts late at night and even while he was on vacation. And when we did find our home, Robert knew all of the people we should request for home inspections and worked tirelessly through closing to make sure everything was right prior to moving in. Robert’s dedication to finding the right home and fit for us with ZERO pressure is refreshing and his overall personality makes you feel like a family friend you’ve known forever. If you’re looking to purchase a home, this is the realtor and person you want by your side.

We interviewed 3 different realtors to sell our house in Madison. We had a choice of the top names in the county. The first two realtors told us to list our house immediately and they assured us it would sell quickly (which it likely would have). But Robert took the time to truly UNDERSTAND our goals and saw more potential than the other realtors. We took Robert’s advice and made a few critical improvements (make no mistake, we worked hard on the house for a couple months!). Not only did we receive multiple offers the day of the listing, each offer was well over $100k more than the other two realtors proposed listing amount. So, if you’re in Madison county, don’t choose anyone but Robert. If you do you’ll be paying for that one guy’s billboards and you’ll Cry Leike a baby. By the way, after selling our house we used Robert again to sell one of the few remaining building lots in Madison.

Great experience with Robert! I was out of state and Robert took care of everything for me seamlessly. The best thing is that he got a higher price than expected for the property. He said to set the price lower than market. Then there was more interest the property; it received two firm offers. A bidding war started and one buyer came to above market value and the house was sold! Thank you Robert! Highly highly recommended!

Robert is absolutely wonderful to work with in finding a home!! We purchased our first home in 2021, and Robert was there with us every step of the way. It took awhile as the market was and still is very competitive, but we all hung in there together. He listened to our concerns, needs, and wants. Any questions we had, he had an answer or would find one for us in a short amount of time. We never had a problem with communication. His responsive time was quick. His expertise was very valued. Robert was absolutely great from the first day I contacted him until the day we closed on the house. His responses to my text messages and phone calls were so quick I barely had time to set the phone down! He answered all of our questions and was so helpful since we were doing most of our paperwork from out of state. And to top it all off, he made time to come out to our home two months later to answer questions about the propane gas fireplace, of which we were not familiar. Buying or selling, Robert, and Keller Williams, are the way to go.

We've used Robert to buy our first house in Huntsville, sell that house and buy another in the past 3 years. He has provided incomparably excellent service throughout each transaction. He is a master of digital marketing and has made sure that the place we are selling is very widely available for viewing. His advice during the transactional phase of the sales and purchases has been spot on; his market knowledge is exceptional and always up-to-date. We never have to wait to hear from him...he responds almost immediately to requests, day or night, weekday or weekend. Best realtor we have ever dealt with in 20 years.

The short story...Robert and his team were amazing. If you’re looking for a realtor, I promise, he is the right choice.
The longer story...We had a house on the market on and off for about six years.(!) We called Robert in June of 2017, and we closed the sale on the house in December. In six months, Robert did what the other realtors couldn’t do over the last six years.
Our house was far from an easy sell. It had a very unique design, both inside and out-which is why my husband and I loved it- but that also equates to finding another unique buyer to buy it. To add complication, over that period of six months, my husband and I were on two different continents with our careers. Robert dealt with all of the crazy details while balancing out communications over time zones, and waiting patiently for our responses. Speaking of communication....
This is one of the biggest reasons why we were so impressed with Robert and Debbie. They were both absolutely flawless with their communication. Not assistants, but Robert and Debbie themselves. As part of that communication, his recommendations were always thoughtful and practical, reflecting his experience in the business. He knows his stuff. They were also targeted to our house specifically- not cookie-cutter, generic advice that we had received from realtors in the past.
I could easily go on about all of the many, many things that Robert did to be proactive about getting our house sold. The first indication that we made the best choice was that he had an open house scheduled very quickly after deciding on listing details. Not only one, but regularly held open houses, as well as communications with other realtors to get the word out. He was diligent about using social media as a selling force, and was clearly well versed in the current trends of real estate. Like I mentioned earlier, he knows his stuff.
Long story short, Robert was able to sell what we were feeling Like was an unsellable house.
We truly can’t thank him enough for all of the time and hard work that he put into it. I can’t say enough to sing his praises.
