Robert Masoudpour is an amazing and knowledgeable professional! As the market turned from a sellers market to a buyers market, Robert did a fantastic job adjusting the marketing strategies of our house to make it as attractive as possible to buyers. He adjusted the strategy multiply times without hesitation or complaint. He was very patient with us as we had to take our house off the market for a short time because the HVAC unit unexpectedly stopped working. He was very helpful in his guidance as we worked with an outside company to reclassify the FEMA flood elevation on the house. In the end, we had multiply offers with one offer being at full price! Robert helped me purchase my home 3.5 years ago and today he assisted me in selling that same home. When I reached out to Robert a month ago and told him I was ready to move forward with listing the house he immediately went into action. This process has been smooth and stress free thanks to him. Robert is always responsive, gives great advice into buying homes, and was able to gather all that we were looking for in a home and helped us find one, given it is a sellers market, we had to jump on any house we liked ASAP! Wow! What can I say about Robert, that has not been already said? He is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, humorous, and is awesome to work with! Robert explained clearly and concisely what he was going to do for me as my Realtor!

When Robert came to my home, not only did he come with a Sellers Contract, he had stats of comparable homes, which sold in my community and surrounding areas within the last 6 to 12 months!
