My experience with Rob was nothing short of amazing!! He made sure to understand exactly what it was I was looking for and helped guide me in certain areas (ie exact geographical location), that I was a little undecided on. Rob went above and beyond in all services provided and because of all his expertise and due diligence, I purchased my next ‘ dream condo’, after only seeing a handful of properties. Rob's professionalism, knowledge and honesty are just some of the attributes that make him a great real estate agent. He spent his New Year's Day taking us around Murfreesboro and giving us a very detailed tour of the city. Right from the very first moment we started working with Rob we felt as though we could trust him. Rob walked us through the entire process of buying a home and was with us every step of the way. I met Rob 5 years ago when I first relocated to Nashville. From the moment I met him he always insisted he be my realtor when I was ready to purchase my first home. Fast forward a few years and it was time. I was provided a 60 days notice to to vacate a home I was renting as the owners were unable to renew the lease. I immediately contacted Rob and said it's time to purchase a home. From there, Rob had keen sense of urgency, as the next day he began sending me home listings, in addition to having me come and view a new construction home in a development I was interested in. Throughout the entire process Rob made sure to ease any of my worries and answered any questions that I had. As a first-time home buyer, he made sure I knew exactly what everything meant. We were able to close our my home 45 days after I contact Rob. I will always be grateful for his commitment to finding me and my fiancé a new home. You will not be disappointed working with Rob! He has been a longtime friend of mine and recently represented me in the sale of my condominium. He’s very attentive to detail and kept the process moving with escrow and the buyer through closing and even after. He studies the market and understands what it will take to either sell or purchase your home. Honesty, integrity, and willing to do what is best for the client, along with being someone that you’ll enjoy being around in your process! He has been the most reliable and inspirational of my house propositions... and led me to my biggest project and house love since I’ve started looking !
