Once we've gotten you and your home ready, then it's time to get all the marketing materials together again a lot of moving parts. Once on the market we know the information we're looking for it's not just a showing of your home by another agent or Realtors.

Why did they show your home? We have to know, it's important. Sometimes it's not a viable buyer, they're just looking right now, next year they'll buy? Showings such as those are important for you to know. Do you care about a "Lookeloo"; no, you want to know about the Buyer's who are interested in buying your home today? Again that's what we do we ask questions and listen. It's our work ethic and desire to make you happy by providing all the information to you as humanly possible.
