Rob and his team were a joy to work with. Buying a home during the pandemic is a real challenge, especially as a first-time home buyer. Houses were going on and off the market within 24h. Rob got us in quickly to see homes he knew would fly off the market, and helped us navigate which homes were worth our time. He and his agents stayed up with us until all hours of the evening, on weekends, and even holidays to make sure we got our offer in. It took us a few tries until we found the right home, and he stayed patient with us the entire time. I recently sold a house and engaged Robert as my realtor. I did have three realtors in total provide a comparative analysis and Robert came back with a pricing range a bit higher than I expected given the condition of the home (it was livable but needed updating).
Admittedly I was initially skeptical that the house would sell at the proposed asking price but based on my conversations with Robert I felt it best to go with it and see what happens.
It appears that Robert really knows the market and really does put in a solid effort to market and make a sale happen.
Upon listing the house, the house sold in one day at over asking price.
He also had another offer in the wings at full asking just in case the first offer fell through.
I believe it is due to his apparently vast network of contacts and his knowledge of the local markets.
Needless to say, the first offer went off without a hitch.
Now, obviously all sales might not go as smoothly and quickly as my experience.
I highly recommend giving Robert a call and seeing what he can do for you.
He did everything he said he would and I am pretty certain that he can help any seller get the most for their property.
I know that should I need to sell or even buy another home, I will definitely be using Robert as my representative.
