About Robert

Bob brings to real estate extensive marketing and management experience for major international advertising clients, including owning his own advertising agency in San Francisco. They have an extensive network of suppliers, from builders and architects to window washers, who they can call upon to assist all their clients.

For investors, they combine their instincts for identifying outstanding property with rigorous analytics to measure market value and return on investment, whether the client objective is to buy and hold or improve and sell.

Residents of the Chapman Park neighborhood in Corte Madera since 1990, they raised their three daughters here. Involvement in community is important to them.

Bob has served on the Corte Madera Town Council, and as Mayor. Pat was named Corte Madera’s Citizen of the Year in 2005 for her work with the town’s parks and beautification programs. They belong to a number of civic organizations and love their community and the lifestyle afforded by Marin's excellent natural environment.

Bob is an avid road biker and can be found riding the roads of West Marin most Saturday mornings, or throughout the County weekday mornings.

They have consistently ranked among the top 30 realtors countywide and were in the top 1% of realtors for all of Coldwell Banker Northern California in 2012 and 2013. Coldwell Banker is the leading broker in Marin County and Northern California, in both sales volume and units sold.
