Nicole was amazing through this whole process. She never pushed me to sell, was honest about the market, and so incredibly patient with me. Once I decided to sell Nicole made the entire process easy for me. She knew about the C of O for Wayne County (a family member had an issue when they sold their home because the realtor didn’t know about that requirement in the county) and went to my condo to wait for the inspection since I was out of town. She also was there to meet the man that came to complete a CO2 inspection on my furnace! She answered every question I had and responded quickly to my texts. She got my condo sold in just 3 days! She kept in contact while I was packing and made sure I had everything I needed. She even offered to help spackle or pack! When the closing didn’t happen when we wanted it to (due to the condo management company filling out a form incorrectly) Nicole arranged for a mobile notary to meet me on location to sign the closing papers so I didn’t miss out on another pre-planned camping trip! Even after the closing she made sure I had everything and was good to go. Now we just need to find the perfect home for me to purchase!

my fiancé and I started house hunting back in March. I was connected with Nicole actually through Zillow and she has been such a big help through the entire process!
We found a home we really liked, unfortunately it didn't work out but THATS OKAY! Nicole stuck with us and helped us get into a dream home! She even found us a better group for our home loan after a mess with quicken loans happened.
The market is really tough right now, I was sending her houses left and right and most of them had accepted offers 3 days after being listed. Nicole saw my struggle and sent me a list of houses and we went looking.
We found our home in Romulus from her. She sent me the house Information and I actually had my fiancé leave work early to meet up with us there so he could see it! They accepted our offer and even after that Nicole would make sure we were all on the same page and kept in contact with us almost daily. She even made getting paperwork from the city easier for us as well and even got us a better credit from the seller for things we have to take care of. We couldn't have been happier with her as our realtor she has made this process so smooth and easy!

My wife and I found out I was being transferred out of state and needed to find a house in Michigan quickly. Zillow connected us with Nicole and she put together an entire day of houses to look at right away.

We hired Mr. Robert Throneburg to assist with the purchase of my current home. After viewing many homes and attending open houses we saw the perfect one. One thing that I recognized about Mr. Throneburg was how knowledgeable and transparent he is. He has superb negotiation skills and most importantly has a sense of urgency. That is of upmost importance in this market. I can also say that my experience has been repeated many times this year with other clients. His Facebook post showed his clients closing on their home week after week. Because of this, we hired him to sell our previous home. The selling process is much more intense and complicated than buying. At one point I considered selling on my own and happy that it was only a thought. Selling in my own would have yielded less profit and more headaches. Mr. Throneburg thank you for assisting us in the process!

Robert Throneburg made selling my home a piece of cake. He is very professional, honest and an expert in this field. He informed me of the perfect timing to place my home on the market. He researched the best selling price for it and told me how to get the most for my home.

He was always available and worked around my hectic schedule even during the holiday season. And he was tough with the seller when it was needed, he reviewed all documents with me and his familiarity with the process made it a breeze.

I wouldn't go to anyone else. I trust him. He is one of a kind. I can honestly say he is not in it just for the money, he has a heart for this.

There were no hidden fees, and the fees that he informed me of were more than reasonable and well worth it. Save yourself the trouble and give him a call if you are in the market to sell or purchase a home.
