Rob grew up working in his family's real estate business and has been an agent in Virginia since 2009. After a decade of serving Northern Virginia, this year, he also became licensed in Maryland.

Rob guided us through selling our old home and buying a new home in a competitive market. He graciously showed us dozens of homes during our search. He was honest and honed in on market conditions. Rob was also transparent with costs we might incur throughout the buying and selling process. Rob also helped us line up quality professionals to test and inspect potential properties.

We cannot say enough positive things about Rob and his realtor services provided to us. Rob was referred to us by a friend and helped us with both buying and selling a home. When we met him to begin selling our condo, he was very friendly right from the beginning and offered us solid advice about the current state of the market. Rob guided us on every aspect of selling the home including setting expectations for sales price, staging the property for showings, and facilitating licensed professionals to help with home repairs. When it came time to purchase a new home, Rob showed us a number of properties (often after normal working hours). He was always calm and collected when communicating between all parties involved. Rob expertly saw us through the many steps of home contracts and all of the details involved. Rob was always there when we needed him and always looked out for our best interests. He worked very hard to get our family into our new home and did many things above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. We will definitely use Rob again for our home buying and selling needs.
