Rob is a lifelong resident of Willistown Township, Chester County, PA. Rob, his wife and two children live in close proximity to his family’s farm, one of many farms in the area with conservation easements protecting its natural and scenic resources. Growing up in a rural atmosphere, Rob rode horses with the Radnor Hunt, explored the fields and streams of the countryside and developed a love for and appreciation of the benefits of open space. Rob is knowledgeable of the successful role conservation easements have had to protect open space in Willistown Township and Chester County.
Rob attended The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA, and then Hobart College in Geneva, NY, where he graduated with a degree in Art History. The draw of the countryside brought Rob back to Willistown. In addition to Rob’s real estate endeavors Rob has extensive experience in the insurance industry specializing in “personal lines”, which often helps real estate clients with obtaining the appropriate homeowner’s insurance for their new houses.
Rob has had great success representing both buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. For sellers, Rob has been active mainly in the Radnor Hunt/Malvern and western Main Line area. For buyers, Rob’s territory is extensive within the ideals of “country properties”. Rob has found homes, land and farms for clients who often do not know where they want to move, but know they want a “country property”. His market knowledge of country properties throughout Chester County has brought clients to the open spaces of Willistown, Easttown, Unionville, Marshallton and Chester Springs. Rob has also represented buyers looking for large acreage properties, which involves traveling to Lancaster and Berks Counties.
