I cannot say enough great things about Robert! If you're looking for an agent who will provide you with constant communication, updates and information, you have come to the right place. Robert understood our needs and exceeded every expectation that we had. He was able to communicate with me and my husband on our level and quickly put to rest any questions or concerns that we had. We had a difficult time with our seller and her team and Robert was able to professionally and effectively mediate all of the issues. I was consistently impressed with his knowledge of the industry and his ability to communicate it to us, our parents, and the vendors involved in the transaction in varying ways that connected with everyone. If you have any doubts about hiring someone newer to the profession, Robert will put those to bed immediately. As a first time homebuyer I didn’t know much about the buying process. Rob educated me throughout the entire process, so that I was comfortable with each step. Throughout the search process Rob was easily accessible, and could work around my schedule. After a few months of searching we found THE PLACE. Rob was professional and honest throughout the inspection. He gave his honest opinion and never tried to sugar coat anything, which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer. I had a large gap between inspection and closing due to special circumstances, and Rob continued to check in with me throughout the months in between. As first time home buyers with a quickly growing family, purchasing our forever home seemed like an overwhelmingly terrifying process. Initially, my husband and I had enlisted the assistance of another realtor, however, did not feel confident that he was quite the right fit for us. Much to our benefit, a friend had recommended Robert and almost instantly, we knew that he would be the perfect realtor to assist us in tackling the daunting task of purchasing a home. Robert's exceptionally friendly attitude and professional nature was certainly welcomed and a breath of fresh air. He was always extremely punctual, prepared, and knowledgeable about the residences he was showing us. In addition, Robert was exceptionally flexible and made himself available to us day or night.
