Where do I start with Robert?
TLDR: He's great, nice, remembered all our requests and kept us on track, not pushy and very friendly!

My wife and I flew in from out of state with a weekend to figure out where we wanted to plant roots in the Nashville area. Robert made it feel easy and fun.
He had everything mapped out before we even landed. He took everything we told him we wanted then put together a plan that had us all over (our request to get a taste of different cities). From Murfreesboro, Gallatin, Spring Hill, Mt Juliet, etc. It wasn't random at all. Every stop made sense because he made sure it would fit our requirements.
What stood out most was how honest he was. He never oversold a house, never undersold one either. He'd just tell you what it was. And somehow he remembered the things we mentioned mattered to us and would quietly point them out when we'd forgotten to look or got too excited about a house but forgot it was missing X etc. That kind of attentiveness is rare.

We're not from the South. We had a lot of dumb questions about culture, neighborhoods, and things locals just know. Robert never made us feel out of the loop. He answered everything straight and made sure we understood what we were actually looking at.
We grabbed lunch together and it didn't feel like a sales meeting. It felt like catching up with someone we'd known for a while. That's just who he is.
Even after our trip he's checked in a couple times. Not to push anything, just because he's genuinely a good person who cares about the people he works with.
If you're relocating to Nashville and feeling overwhelmed, Robert is exactly who you want in your corner.

Update 2025:
Rob helped us with our second home, and the experience was fantastic once again. He exceeded all of our expectations with his commitment and his calm but assertive approach. He has a great ability to listen and execute, which is truly impressive. His level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is second to none.

I’d say I ask more questions than the average client, and he has always answered everything with patience and care. If he ever doesn’t know something, his love and hunger for knowledge drive him to seek out the information needed without much prompt.

Lastly, he truly looked out for our best interests—just like last time. There were more expensive houses than the one we ended up with, but he never pushed. He made sure that where we landed was where we genuinely wanted to end up, and that it checked all the right boxes.
I honestly could not recommend him enough.

I would say we were more needy than your average buyer, and Rob was there through it all. His advice was always on our best interest, he was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, you don’t know what you don’t know and my wife and I are people that would prefer for someone to break it down Barney style so we can make the best decisions for our family. Where do I even begin? Robert and his professionalism and efficiency is beyond compare. I did not have the best experience when purchasing our first home over three years ago with a different realtor. We were not really guided, and as first time home owners, this was difficult and stressful. Now that we recently purchased another home, and we hired Robert instead, I am just blown away on what a real realtor is. Robert was extremely knowledgeable on pointing out things that we should ask in our contract, things to consider, and how to approach the seller in aspects that I would not have thought of. We love our new home and there is no way this would have happened without him. He and his team walk you through every step of the process during purchasing, and is on your side for everything and are not just there to collect a paycheck. He would meet us when we need it, and when he found out, for example, that our new homes garage door opener’s were nowhere to be found by the seller, Robert purchased them for us and install them himself. Incredible!
Then when we came to the selling of our first home, again, just blown away. Robert knew how to negotiate, how to be fair, and how to make the process minimally stressful for us. He was able to get us the deal that we wanted, and the comfort that we needed. He guided us extremely well through negotiations and we couldn’t have asked for more. I will never use anyone else.
He is your man to buy, sell, communicate, and to negotiate !!
