I'm Robert Winkler, founder and leader of WIN Realty, a premier real estate firm serving Southeast North Carolina. My background includes law enforcement service with the Atlanta Police Department and the Carolina Beach Police Department as well as ongoing volunteer work with the Carolina Beach Fire Department—experiences that have shaped my dedication to integrity, service, and excellence.

My shift from law enforcement to real estate began after a personal home purchase sparked a passion to improve the way people experience buying and selling property. That passion led me to create WIN Realty, where our focus goes beyond transactions—we work to understand our clients’ goals and deliver results that exceed expectations.
