Roberto was incredibly professional and reliable during the whole process. It was a pleasure working with him. To put it simply he was super helpful in answering all my calls and questions at all times during the day. He is also bilingual which helped at times since spanish is my native language. More importantly, he provided constant updates and made sure that the deal went through.

Honestly, I've bought a few homes in the past and always felt I should just get my own license since the realtor didnt really do much work. Roberto and his wife on the other hand went above and beyond to make this deal go through. My honest opionion here is if your needing somome to grind and hustle then these are the folks for it. Here were the 3 ways they impressed me and why I would recommend them to anyone.
1. They helped me find a bank that was willing to work with me on a land loan.
2. Spent at least 2 hours making sure I was able to build in the land I was purchasing.
3. They were able to communicate on my behalf with the bank, selling realtor, and title company to move up the closing date.
In conclusion, this was probably the most complicated purchase I've done and without Roberto I don't think I would of been able to close on this property. Hope this helps future buyers or sellers.

While working at CapStone Realty, he has managed multiple residential, industrial and multimillion dollar commercial transactions.
