I partnered with Robin to sell one property and buy another all in May-June of 2020, right in the beginning of COVID when there were a lot of restrictions and lack of clarity on viewing properties. Robin was amazing from day 1. We talked through my big picture goals, my target timeline, all the various complications, including how to handle viewings during COVID all while I had a tenant in my old property. Robin was always super responsive, helpful, patient, knowledgable, and understanding. I felt like I could 100% trust her and ask her my very basic questions throughout the extensive process.

She was also supportive as I worked through challenges (read: venting) with my lender, title company, and home insurance company. And then ultimately through the offer and counteroffer process.

I feel like selling and buying a house is always a bumpy and challenging process. Robin held my hand through it all and helped smooth it out as much as possible. I can't recommend her highly enough. I've already connected her to a couple close friends who have also had excellent experiences.

When we were thinking about selling our home, Robin was so patient with us. She answered all the questions and concerns that we had. Robin would come all the way up to our house in the mountains and walk through the property with us and let us know what we should work on or just simply leave alone. We had lived in our home for 20 years and were so nervous to sell. Once we decided to go for it, she was by our side and kept our nervousness to a minimum. Robin is professional, kind hearted and a very hard worker. She was with us every step of the way.
