My wife and I were extremely excited and satisfied with Robin Gross as our Realtor! She assisted us with the sale of our old home in 4 days and the purchase of our new homes. Her knowledge of the real estate business and the policies that govern them served us well! I am a Gulf War Veteran, and Robin made sure that I capitalized and was informed about all of the available programs for Veterans! Robin Gross is a realtor that will go the extra mile to make your home shopping and purchasing experience enjoyable. Robin will make you feel like you are her only client. She is professional and very responsive. Most importantly, Robin takes the stress out of the home buying process. Robin previewed homes of interest to give us more insight on what the pictures did not show. That allowed us to spend our time looking at homes wisely. Once we found the home that met our needs and budget, Robin prepared our offer. She walked us through each section of the contract and educated us. Robin made sure we were well informed and she protected our interest. She made recommendations and explained options, but once we made a decision, she worked to get us what we wanted. That is exactly what we did. We got the home we wanted. Robin made that happen. If I need a realtor in the future, I will call Robin. If you need a realtor now, you should do the same.
