After meeting with 2 realtors who wanted me to do their work, I came upon Robin Lawhorn at Glocker & Co. She asked me many questions about what I was looking for, and really listened to my wants and needs.
We went to see several homes every week for about 2 months until she found the house that I fell in love with! I know I'm not Robin's only client, but when we were out viewing homes, she was very professional and treated me like I was the only one who mattered at that moment. I HIGHLY recommend Robin Lawhorn and the team at Glocker & Co in Boyertown, PA.

UPDATE - After 3 months of being in a new home, I was ready to put my previous home up on the market to sell. I made several home improvements to it and thought I would put it on the market "as is". Robin viewed the house and made several suggestions that would help sell the house quicker and get a price I was looking for. One of those suggestions was painting most of the rooms a neutral color. I admit that I didn't want to do it, but started the process. My friends and family pitched in and made the job go quicker. Once everything was completed, Robin set up cleaning the carpets and professional pictures taken. There was an open house and 3 days of showing. By the 4th day, several offers were made and a buyer was selected. Before the end of the month, settlement was made! Robin, you are a real "go-getter". You made the experience of buying and selling a home very good and well worth all the efforts and time put into it. I thank you with all my heart!
