My husband and I ran a successful motel and restaurant in West Virginia for 12 years. Successful that is until the economy tanked. We were forced to close our business, move back to Richmond and begin again.
I reside in Chesterfield and am fortunate that my two children settled here as well after graduating from West Virginia University--go Eers! I have a soft spot for dogs and now live with three! I rescued a Bichon as did my daughter. I have an "on-purpose Cavachon I bought after my Bichon Frise passed away at the age of 15. Two days later I rescued a Bichon in Mount Airy that was going to be euthanized. My son and his wife have a Goldendoodle that comes to my house each day while they are at work. Our house tends to be a zoo most days with four dogs but we love it!
When we moved back to Richmond, we began the arduous undertaking of looking for a home. Luckily, that's where I met Dianne Stanley. · If we feel a CMA isn’t the best tool to value your home, we will have a prelisting appraisal done at no cost to you.
· We do emails blasts to potential buyers as well as marketing online and in print as well. We cover all aspects of marketing to promote our properties to every potential buyer.
