Robin Turberville

Robin Langner Turberville brings to ARC Realty a fresh perspective and an educator's heart. The fresh perspective comes from being involved in 7 personal real estate transactions over the past 3 years. The educators heart comes from teaching over 27 years in elementary education and the Instructional Coaching field. From selling 4 homes, buying one, flipping and selling 3 investment properties, selling land, and searching the Birmingham market for her current home~sweet~home, Robin understands firsthand the knowledge and expertise needed in a competetive real estate transaction today.

As a realtor, she can already see where the educational field and the real estate profession mirror many of the same qualities. As a realtor, she looks forward to establishing that fiduciary relationship where clients place their trust, confidence and reliance on someone who will look out for their bests interests, much like a parent/teacher/child relationship. That openess, honesty and hard work has paid off as she was named Rookie of the Year in 2015, and a Top Producer in the company for 2016, 2017, and 2018.

In 2019, her husband Keith Turberville joined the team as an agent forming the Turberville Team-- Retired Educators doing their homework for you! As a team, they proudly give back to local schools for any closing that has a child or teacher involved.

Robin's personal relationships include her husband, their 4 children and 4 grandchildren, extended family, friends, and their faith community. She loves traveling, repurposing items, decorating and watching HGTV. As an active member at Shades Mountain Baptist Church, she sings in the choir and has several non-profit ministries and schools that are close to her heart and a portion of her real estate earnings go to support them.
