I worked with Robin Umphrey to sell my sister's house after my sister had passed away. Robin helped me to determine what areas of the house needed fixing or painting and what features we could enhance to enable a quick sale. We were working in a seller's market in a very tight housing market. We had multiple offers on the day the house was listed for sale. Robin helped me look through and understand all of the offers in order for me to make an informed decision. Throughout the remainder of the process, Robin kept me well informed of the process and when things would happen and what needed to be done. I really appreciate all of the communication Robin provided to ease me through the process. Robin is easy to work with and answers questions in a very timely manner.
