We met with Robyn and Sean and immediately the connection was made. The market plan they put together was amazing. As a team they know the market and who the key targets are for the property. I decided to sell my home this Spring and was informed by my tax accountant to call Robyn
Nasuti who he claimed to be the best in the
area. I called Robyn and expressed my concerns
about what I wanted. My biggest concern was
would she be responsive when I call her. Robyn
proved to me that she and her team partner Sean
would fulfill everything I requested and more. I needed Robyn to be honest and ethically responsible
If I signed up which I did.
I have used many realtors over the years and nobody
comes close to Robyn and Sean. I had a lot of work
cleaning out my home and with Robyn and Sean
guiding me with contact names of advisors etc.
We sold the house in a week and for more than
asking price. I was thrilled! Robyn and Sean staged
my house and with a photographer made it look
outstanding. A lot of work prior to the sale went
into effect as Robyn and Sean shared phone calls
with me. I think maybe I was a pain in the butt sometimes. I can’t say enough about how wonderful
they truly are. My tax accountant was right on when
he said they are the best in the area. I will say they
are not only the best in the area but also all of
New England. They work hard for you and soon you
realize you made the right choice.

Robyn Nasuiti and Sean Terrell convinced me they were the best team to sell my home in Uxbridge. After meeting with a few Realtors, they convinced me they were best for the job.

I had an older yet well maintained home located over an hour from Boston. Robyn & Sean got to work immediately and held back-to-back open house weekend showings and got a solid offer a in months time. Sean and Robyn were present at weekly showings and showcased the house to all prospective buyers and treated me as if I was their first priority.

Not all Real Estate transactions result in a successful closing and unfortunately buyer’s financing fell through. Robyn worked tirelessly with my Attorney to work though the re-listing process and kept me informed.

Sean held another open house and his background as a former General Contractor was instrumental to educating first time buyers and securing another offer in a months timeframe. They both were professional, passionate and dependable during appraisal, inspection and right through closing. They took care of all details and kept me well informed to a successful closing.

I would highly recommend Robyn and Sean to sell your house. They are professional, passionate and dedicated to your goals. It was my pleasure and privilege to work with them.

When you have a long and emotional process like a short sale you need people by your side who were patient and understanding and knowledgeable. Robyn is all that and more.
