From our first contact, Robyn and Mark have been very responsive and knowledgeable. They are thorough in their replies and extremely accessible. Robyn and Mark walked us through some properties while we were in town. The rest of the process has been via text, phone, email and FaceTime! Every time we asked about a property, Robyn or Mark were prompt to reply with some insight and/or information from the seller's agent. They offered to either send videos or FaceTime us from potential properties. Once we identified the property we were interested in, Robyn and Mark walked us through the process, recommended options for lenders, insurance agents, inspectors and property management companies. I highly recommend Robyn Curletti and Mark Sokul. I found my location and price point that i could afford with there assistance at beautiful Napili Bay! If you think as a buyer it's hard to find a lower priced condo in Maui, it's got to even harder for a real estate agent to find it for a client. Up to the task they both worked hard on finding me what i needed when it came up for sale. Not an easy job being a sellers market with condos being listed higher than appraisal plus out bidding to add to that price. Robyn and Mark provided the most professional, detailed, and flawless experience that I’ve ever had in selling a home. From the start, they had a specific plan for us in place to get our home sold quickly. They were able to Market our home not only to the local community on the Westside of Maui, but to other areas throughout the island, as well as to Mainland buyers. We were amazed at the number of showings they were able to produce weekly. The best part of the entire process was the constant communication they provided to us on a daily basis, and they always had written and detailed feedback on what other agents and brokers were saying about the property after showings. I’d say what makes them unique is that since they work as a team, you get two different perspectives from each of them on all the nuances that come about during the sales process, so you are literally getting two agents for the price of one. And in the end, they got us exactly what we wanted price wise for our home. We plan to use them again for listing another home we own, and find us a new home. We cannot imagine using anyone else as our agents as long as these two are in business. They are truly the Best!

Robyn and Mark also helped us sell the condo. Now that we've bought a house, we no longer need it. The experience was just as great as before! Update: We've just closed on a house in Ka'anapali, thanks to Robyn and Mark. We wouldn't have done it so easily, had it not been for them. It appraised for what they thought and it was more than what people were offering without a realtor. I recommend not doing it on your own. It was a random chance that we met up with Robyn and Mark at Maui Luxury Partners. My wife and I were surfing the web one night with a wild dream of buying a condo in the Kaanapali area. I highly recommend Robyn and Mark, it was a great buying experience! I purchased a condo for investment purposes in Maui remotely while living internationally and the process was very smooth. Having Robyn/Mark on the ground in Maui was all I needed, they were able to give me a strong understanding of the local market as well as strengths/weaknesses of individual buildings that I wouldn't have otherwise known. Robyn/Mark were also able to give recommendations for other local services that has proven helpful. I also appreciated that they were on the same page as I was regarding making aggressive offers, I found that not all agents in Maui are willing to do so. My wife and I are from California, but we've been traveling to Maui for years and knew we were always going to end up living on the island. The time was right this past December for us to explore the real estate market in Lahaina. Numerous friends from the are recommended Robyn Curletti and Maui Luxury Partners. Chyna and I had a few places already on our mind by time we reached out to Robyn. She got us in for a viewing for all the locations within two days. On the second day, she presented an offer for us to our favorite spot. Our offer was excepted that afternoon, and we had a deposit down and the ball rolling within two days. Before choosing a real estate agent, I spoke with many friends and polled groups to find someone. We have had three prior real estate investment purchases with three different real estate agents. I wanted someone local and based in Maui and my main objective was to find an agent based on the investment they make in their client relationships. In other words, someone I would want to buy and sell with again. This was first and foremost for me when considering a purchase so far from home and especially during a global pandemic. I was immediately at ease with Robyn and felt heard and understood; and, most importantly, our investment always felt protected. As a California homeowner, I initially approached Robyn and Mark while I was on vacation, wanting to look for a condo which could become a second home in retirement. I was totally impressed as they listened to my wants and needs and quickly showed me a variety of listed properties to help clarify my expectations.

Even though I had been vacationing in West Maui for twenty years, the home buying process required "local" expertise and Robyn and Mark were the best. They efficiently and thoughtfully helped me find a 2 bedroom condo which totally exceeded my expectations. Not only were they stellar in finding an ideal property; they were skilled and knowledgeable in helping negotiate a win/win deal, obtain financing, navigate the property close, and managing ongoing items.

Despite doing the majority of this from California, it was seamless. Selling a condo in Maui can be stressful, but she helped develop a good price strategy and then drove home what was needed to accomplish that strategy/goal. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Robyn was our real estate agent when we started looking at property on Maui. When we closed on our property almost four years ago, we had also acquired a great friend!

Robyn’s local knowledge was very impressive, and her responses to our texts, emails and phone calls were awesome. She listened to our list of wants, and was right on in getting us “our piece of paradise on Maui”. Knowledgeable, but not in the least bit pushy. My wife and I hired Robyn and Mark in 2015 to help us buy a home in Kahana and again in 2017 when we purchased our 2nd home in Napili. Robyn and Mark worked very hard to help us negotiate an excellent price for both of these homes. They know the local real estate market, communicate well, and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.
There were a lot of difficult obstacles to overcome in both transactions but they did a fantastic job navigating through the challenges. During our last purchase they were able to negotiate with the seller's agent to obtain more than $50,000 in concessions off of the contract price. There were many moments when the deal could have fallen apart, but thanks to their tenacity and attention to detail we secured another home-run!
