I love living on the Emerald Coast! I love the changes in seasons, love the sound of freedom flying overhead (Air Force jets), love the snow white beaches that we get to boast about & love the friendly people that live here.

I realize it’s awkward to meet someone online or as a referral. There are so many questions: “do they have the experience & expertise to help me find a home?”, “are they honest or just looking out for number one?”, “do they know the area & the housing market so they can help me?”

My answers: YES - I'm Honest - YES

I view my job as three-fold. First, I’m here to help you. Period. Purchasing a home or Selling is a big decision. Having someone to help navigate the process; who has knowledge of the real estate market; stays up-to-date educationally & has the negotiating skills to get you the best deal possible is what I love to do!

Second - I’m here to shoot straight with you. Honesty is very important to me as a professional, as a person and as a friend.

Third - Communication - you won’t have to chase me for answers because I'm excellent at follow up and endeavor to give you full concierge service.

Although I'm not perfect, I'll give you my full attention because I know moving can be stressful and I want to eliminate stress in this area of your life to my best ability.
