Rochelle Bond moved to Mt. Vernon at the age of 14 and has been part of this community ever since. It was at this age, in career education class, she picked Real Estate for her research paper and was able to do a ride-along with an agent. Rochelle immediately fell in love with the Real Estate Profession. In 1997, she first began her career working with buyers, sellers, investors, and banks. After six successful years, she followed her independent and entrepreneurial mindset to become a franchisee with Curves, a fitness center for women. Rochelle served in the Jefferson County Community to provide health and wellness to over 2,500 women over 10 years. Rochelle and her husband raised their three children during this time and now have four grandchildren.
Rochelle has remained in property management since 1999 and is extremely excited to have received her Broker’s license so she can return to the career that has remained in her heart for so many years. With her endless energy and enthusiasm, she goes above and beyond to help her clients find their dream homes. Rochelle is a trusted, down-to-earth professional who specializes in providing outstanding service, high principles, and dedication to her clients.
When not selling Real Estate, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, fishing, boating, volunteering as a chaperone for Senior Circle, scrapbooking, and taking pictures. She also enjoys going with her husband on church mission trips within the United States, such as Caldwell Ohio, New Orleans, and North Carolina.
