Rochelle Jones is known throughout the industry for providing insight on investment and bank owned (REO) properties. Throughout her career, she has lent her expertise to many boards and councils, and she has published articles and statements as a subject matter expert. Using her extensive knowledge of the Texas market, she provides expert guidance to each client in her care as she works creatively toward their goals. She offers information and assistance at every stage of the transaction, including in-depth market, risk, return on investment, and trend analyses; marketing; and construction oversight. Her satisfied clients include the full range of banks, asset managers, investors, buyers, and sellers.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Rochelle has been a Houston resident since 1994. Before her real estate career, she was a successful corporate trainer known for her exemplary attention to detail and strong listening skills. Rochelle became a licensed agent in 2006, fully immersing herself in the industry and relying on her talents and unwavering integrity to cultivate a generous client list. Representing all clients from buyers and sellers to investors and financial institutions, Rochelle has effortlessly guided clients through all types of housing markets — including the Great Recession.
Rochelle has stacked her experience with many certifications, including as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE). She’s also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Though Rochelle assists all demographics, she’s especially passionate about helping military veterans buy, sell, rent, or retain a home.
Rochelle offers her real estate knowledge to churches and nonprofit organizations, where she educates people on housing trends and teaches them how to navigate the market. She serves on the board of directors for The National REO Brokers Association and has provided consultation services for housing committees and local economic development commissions to help improve local economies. She has also been a member of REOMAC, USREO Partners, and Default Industry Leaders. Rochelle is a proud mom to her daughter, Logan, whom she cites as her inspiration. When she’s not dancing, singing, or swimming with Logan, Rochelle also loves traveling and cruising.
