This was the 2nd time we've purchased with Chelle and again it proved a wise decision. First of all, she found a property for us that met all our needs that we would never have found on our own. And then we got the contract in a competitive situation when our offer wasn't even the highest. The listing agent recommeded ours because she trusted Chelle's buyers.

Chelle is one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever used. She navigated a stressful situation of simultaneous selling and buying with ease, and made me feel more at ease that everything was going to be ok. She was always prompt, and she called every couple days just to give me an update and let me know everything was going to be ok. She really went to bat for us as both buyer and seller, and made sure everything closed on time and we got the best deal. Thanks Chelle!! We love the house, and hope to make many happy memories there.

First let me say that Chelle Levine has been working with me and my family for at least 5 years to meet our needs finding a home in Margate, NJ. We finally found one and if not for Chelle the opportunity would have come and gone. Besides her awesome communication skills, she is very connected to her competition (other real estate agents). That is HUGE because having to deal with the listing agent and your own agent becomes very difficult unless there is impeccable communication with all parties. As a salesman my entire career I also appreciate Chelle because she is a great "person "!! People buy from people and I've never dealt with anyone in any industry that was as wonderful as Chelle! She is simply the best at what she does with ZERO hidden agents. All she want are her customers to be happy with their purchase. All that said...don't waste your time with anyone else unless you speak with Chelle first!

I worked with Chelle on my first ever real estate deal. Upon reaching out to her, she immediately scheduled an appointment for us to meet and get things started. She was very prompt, professional, and helpful when it came to finding solutions to any bumps we came across during the process.

For example, I had cleaned out the property which I was selling to the best of my ability, but there were some things that I just could not remove due to time or other reasons. She used her connections to find me someone who could help me get the rest of my property in order at a minimal cost, and I didn't even need to be there. She even made sure that we got everything taken care of on the paperwork side of things so that I didn't have to take a day off from work to be at the closing in-person.

Thanks to her help, the entire process went as smooth as possible and I am thankful that I chose her. 10/10 would recommend.

I was immediately impressed by Chelle's professionalism and knowledge about real estate. From day one, she presents herself with great class and honesty. Though bittersweet, Chelle made the whole process of selling my parents' home easy. I appreciated the energy and ideas she brought from beginning right up until closing. What a pleasure it was to work with Chelle Levine. We met in 2019 at an open house and I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the area. I needed a realtor that was responsive, listened to my needs, had out-of-the box ideas, without being too pushy. Anytime I reached out with questions I would receive a response within minutes. We toured more than 50 homes before COVID shut much of the inventory down at the shore. She assured me we would "find the perfect home for me" and we did!
