I can’t say enough about Rochelle and Andrew! They were both truly amazing throughout our whole moving process!
Not only were we moving from one state to another but we were not able to be in Tennessee physically to look at homes! But we were so taken care of! Rochelle would FaceTime with us with tours of homes and was always very detailed in seeing things that we couldn’t.
She would always answer my texts or phone calls and yes talked my husband and I off a cliff more than a time or two!
She is honest, professional but most of all she cares ! She cares about people and the lives she has entered into!
If you are looking for a realtor to find a home close by or far away, not only will you will get the best with Rochelle but you will also gain a friend!
We found our forever home!

Rochelle picked up midstream after Annette our prior realtor moved to AZ, in the process of selling my parents home. There was the delay of Covid, along with a home full of 2 lifetimes of belongings, and I had no network of reliable service providers for estate sales, home cleaning and carpet cleaning. Under Rochelles expert suggestion and direction, we had a timely estate sale, house and carpet cleaning. She was readily available via any form of contact. We highly recommend Rochelle! After working with several other realtors, (that cost us losing buying a couple homes) Rochelle was there for us when we had to have a realtor that would help us make a solid offer on our new home. Even though there were several offers on the table for the buyer to choose, ours was chosen!!! Also during this time, we had to sell our home in order to buy the new one. Rochelle got to work and sold our house a day after it went on the market.
Rochelle is a solid realtor that will walk you through selling and/or buying your home and she doesn’t let anything fall through!
The only thing we regret is not knowing about her sooner!

Rochelle was so wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to both email and text when it was an important issue/document to be signed, or just a quick update we wanted on a property!! She is a very kind individual that knows how to get the job done quickly!! Our move was over 600 miles so her being responsive was extremely helpful as we were not able to just drive around the city ourselves looking for home options. She was VERY accommodating to my husband would who be in and out of town for work and she would adjust her schedule to be available to meet him at odd hours (and locations)! We knew we wanted to work with Rochelle when we randomly visited an Open House and she happened to be the showing agent. We made very brief small talk that day, but I contacted her afterwards with a few questions about the area and she gave me such a sense of involvement before we had even signed her as our agent.
