Rod has always loved architecture and with his career in residential construction, he appreciates the home design. Rod also loves helping people and building relationships. His two passions, architecture and helping people, was an easy path into Real Estate. Mostly, he enjoys connecting with people, watching their dreams develop into reality, and creative problem solving. Rod is a licensed General Contractor and worked in residential construction for over 15 years before he moved into Real Estate full time. What he loves most about this industry, is that there are so many opportunities and possibilities that his clients can participate in toward their homeownership goals. When selling a home, no two situations are ever the same. He relishes the creative process through all levels of the transaction. Whether it is finding the right lender to mesh with each client or presenting a property in just the right way, he cherishes the life-long relationships forged throughout the process.
