Listening to his buyers’ wants and needs, he is often found burning the midnight oil to find them the right property; he also understands how the sellers entrust him with the responsibility to effectively market their property, negotiating on their behalf. Rod knows real estate transactions are serious business – he also believes his career in real estate is fun, exciting, and rewarding as he creates an enjoyable process for his clients, and everyone involved. Rod has enjoyed being a part of Fallbrook since his childhood, when he began visiting the area with family for weekend stays. When he married his wife, Deanna, they made it their goal to eventually buy a home in Fallbrook because of its small-town country atmosphere, friendly residents, nearness to the ocean and lakes, and its wonderful year-round climate. A temporary move took the family to Prescott, Arizona for about four years. Deciding to return to SoCal, they weighed their options and concluded there was still no better place for their family to call home than Fallbrook – purchasing a house just two doors down from the one they left…aided by Sunshine Properties to find their new home, of course! Rod enjoys spending time with his family and friends, travelling, fishing, camping and off-road Jeep trail adventures.
