Being a 1st time homebuyer, I had many questions in regards to purchasing a new home. Rodney was professional, personal, very patient and never made me feel uncomfortable during the process. He made it known from the beginning that he was available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He asked me to give him a list of my requirements for a property and he was consistent with sending emails of properties that fit my search criteria. We saw multiple properties and at times I was indicisive. Rodney was very patient with me and continued to assist me with my search. Finally, I walked into the property that checked all of my boxes. Rodney explained things in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to knowing what to expect on closing day. I highly recommend Rodney M. to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Rodney helped me find the perfect place in a neighborhood that has everything I was looking for and more. Not only that, the price is much less than I had budgeted. Rodney listened to everything I wanted (trust me, it was a lot), and formulated a plan to get me in to all of the homes that fit my needs. When I was spending countless nights looking at listings online, Rodney was always prompt in answering my questions even though we’re in different time zones. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rodney!

I feel like the luckiest person to have Rodney as my realtor. Rodney is very profesional, very reliable, was always available to answer any questions, very attentive and a great listener. I told him what type of property I wanted and my future plans for this property. I lived out of state so he said he would prepare a list of properties for me . When I came to town, I was amazed at the amount of properties we covered in a day and a half. He was such a good listener that on that first day we saw the perfect house for me. One would be very fortunate to have Rodney on their side.

He that finds Rodney, finds the best realtor ever. Rodney is patient, knowledgeable and amiable. Rodney is a keen listener, who goes above and beyond to make certain that your purchase (new home) checks all boxes. Rodney assisted me in selling my old property and purchasing my new one. He ensured that I got the best of both worlds. He made sure that the transition was seamless and worked his magic so that I made only one move-from old to new. Did I mention that he was extremely patient? Rodney not only took time out to learn about what my husband and I wanted in a house, but he also took a keen interest in our boys and knew them by name and related sport and activity. After we moved Rodney called and stopped by to make certain that we were settling in nicely. I highly recommend Rodney to anyone who is in the market to purchase or sell a home. He is simply the best!!!!
