We bought our very first home during the pandemic and it was easy - yep, you read that right, easy. Rodolfo made the entire home buying process a breeze. He first met with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and help us better understand the current market and what we could expect moving forward. From there on out, Rodolfo was available for questions and showings with a no-pressure attitude. He helped us find our perfect home on just our third showing only a week into looking. We put in one offer with Rodolfo’s guidance to make it competitive in this crazy market (and on a home with many other offers). We found out the next day our offer was accepted and the home was to be ours. Overall, we can’t say enough good things about Rodolfo. We would recommend him to our very best friends and family, and we will absolutely use him for the purchase of our next home in the future.

RT was an absolute delight to have as an agent. I found him in a roundabout way and am so glad I did. He understood what mine and our family needed and sought out houses that aligns with our needs and wants. He anticipated our moves and he was incredibly thought-provoking and intuitive. I leaned on him heavily with our search as we were completely uprooting our family from our childhood town to a completely new one. We casted a wide net and he was amazing in answering questions about the neighborhoods, school districts, etc. I highly highly recommend him and when we buy/sell again, we are definitely calling upon him to do so!

Rodolfo is the most genuine person my husband and I have ever met; it’s like he was born to help people find the right home! His guiding principle is to do what is right for his clients. He has helped us find our first home, sell that home later on, and now he is helping us buy again! We met Rodolfo at a first-time homebuyer course where he was volunteering his time, and we knew instantly that if we were going to buy a home we wanted it to be with him! Now we can’t imagine working with anyone else. If you need a realtor, you want to talk to Rodolfo; no one helps buy and sell homes better than this man! If I could give 6 stars I would.
Although he was my first realtor, he has shown and proven to be one of the best realtors working today. He is never afraid to speak the truth and will offer guidance and advice on homes at face value. His wonderfully welcoming personality, humor and professionalism is what makes him outstanding. RT is an incredible realtor. We couldn't find the house we wanted, so he went door to door in the neighborhood we were desiring. He ended up finding a house before it was even listed, and got it for us at an incredible price. Not many other realtors would do this, and no one works harder than he does for his clients. I was a first-time homebuyer, and Rodolfo was a great fit! Extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer or help me answer every question I had—and I had a LOT of questions. He had tips and suggestions to keep the process less stressful, and to help me focus on what I needed in a home. He was plain enjoyable to talk with, and I felt he really listened to what I said and what I wanted in a home. Rodolfo walked through all the houses with me, advising me on everything from the age of the furnace to future potential renovations. Beyond the house hunting, he was always quick to respond, and I felt taken care of through the whole negotiation and mortgage-finalizing process. If you want a realtor who feels like he will fight for you, pick Rodolfo.

His soft skills are second to none and he makes making connections to others (like inspectors or contractors) easy/hassle-free.
