About Roger

Welcome to the beautiful North GA Mountains in Blue Ridge, GA. Roger is more than happy to assist with any real estate needs in the area. Roger and his wife bought their first cabin in Blue Ridge, GA in 2010. Their friends said they never saw someone who used their cabin more than they did. Fortunately, they worked from home and were able to work from the deck with a great view of the mountains. Not a bad way to work! After four years of the back and forth from Atlanta, they decided it was time to make this their permanent home. Roger contacted their favorite Coldwell Banker realtor and went off exploring again. They found the perfect log home in Mineral Bluff, just outside Blue Ridge area, and have lived there in paradise since 2014.

In 2011, with the foreclosure market in the Atlanta area flooding the market with many good homes, Roger and his wife decided to start investing in some homes for the rental market. They have spent an incredible amount of time exploring real estate for their individual property and investment property.
