When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Roger was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Roger sold me my first home. As a first time home owner i was nervous and unfamiliar with the process. He walked me through the approval process and right away showed houses and building that were in my range and aligned with my current lifestyle and goals. Within 2 weeks he helped me find my house and put an offer down. The process was effortless and more importantly easy to understand as a first time home buyer and owner. I would work with him again. I can't say enough good things about Roger! As a 21-year-old undergrad, diving into the real estate market was intimidating. But Roger, with his expertise and friendly approach, quickly made me feel at ease.

One thing that really stood out was how responsive Roger was. It didn't matter if my questions were big or small; he got back to me super fast. That made me feel like a valued client, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me.

Roger's attention to detail is really unmatched. He made sure every single detail was taken care off when looking at potential houses from red flags to even the tiniest issues, ensuring I didn't stumble into any potential issues. I had complete confidence moving forward, thanks to his guidance.

Moving on, there's the money-saving part! Roger knows how to negotiate with sellers to get credits. He helped me save on closing costs and other expenses, which was a huge relief as a student on a budget (or really anyone on a budget!)

He also connected me with great mortgage lenders and made sure I got a fantastic financing deal. His professionalism throughout the entire process made it smooth sailing.

Roger is the best realtor! Couldn’t have made it through this journey without him. Before I met Roger I was working with another realtor. She was sending me pictures of houses and websites to look at houses, but she didn’t want to set up an appointment for me to look at them in person. The same day I was recommended to Roger. I called Roger he was out golfing enjoying his day. He left from golfing and set up an appointment for me at 8 pm the same day. Mind you his office was closed. That same day he set up 5 appointments for me to go view the houses. Roger went out of his way for me when he didn’t have too. Goes to show you he takes his job very serious. Roger was very professional throughout the whole journey of me buying this dream home I wanted. He showed me that he was different than all these other realtors. Rogers actions spoke louder than what he was just telling me. I definitely recommend whoever is looking for their dream home to give Roger a call. He will go above and beyond to get you in the home you always dreamed of. I will be closing on my 6 figure house in the next few days thanks to Roger.

Roger is the guy to go if you need to buy or sell! When he called me the first time he asked me what type of home i was looking for. what was I looking for and as soon as I told him he started sending me home options. I would also send him houses that I kinda liked but Roger will tell you up front the 411 on the house ‼️ Roger looks out for his clients process was fast at first then kinda slowed down because of some credit issues on my end but Roger was always there until the end of the house process. Just closed on my first home March 14,2023☺️ THANK YOU ROGER!

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Roger. After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house in the past with other realtors, we asked Roger to help us one final time and it was the BEST decision we made! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive as our listing agent. He knew the sentimental value the house had for us, and he was very sympathetic while also giving expert advice. With a few quirks to our home, amazing photography, and marketing plan our home was under contract in a matter of days, and the entire closing process was smooth. We couldn't recommend him enough! What can I say about Roger Valdez. Well let’s start by saying this. I loved the way he handled everything, the man has patients he will fight and keep you informed about the smallest detail. My wife and I are really pleased on his actions. I can’t stop saying thank you to him. When ever we where down he was there to pick us up and inspire us to keep fighting. Great man.
