I have known Rola for more than three years. We first met when I put my house in Madison, Alabama on the market for sale. She came in, looked at the house and told me what I needed to fix and what I didn’t need to spend money on. She was more than a real estate agent to me. A very pleasant person with a good heart, Rola helped me sell the house in 24 hours at a price more than I asked for. I highly recommend Rola and her team at First Choice Real Estate. They are very professional and patient, everyone I came in contact with was so nice and willing to help answer any question I had with kindness and professionalism. Rola walked me through each step, she always had time for my questions and concerns and gave me detailed answers. Never once did she make me feel I couldn't come to her no matter what the question was. For a first time home buyer having someone with patience who actually cares about their client enough to take time and explain certain things was important to me. If it's your first house or your seventh house Rola and her team should be your only choice.
