I’ve been involved with many buying/selling of homes. Bryant Boyd was hands down the best realtor anyone could ask for. My realtor Bryant Boyd made the home buying process EASY. He was so very helpful, honest and professional throughout the whole process. Answered any questions back almost immediately and went as far as replacing a full sized mattress that was suppose to come with the home and it wasn't there. Great realtor, great guy. Mike Gaia was my realtor from Team Gosney. We looked at so many houses and he never quit on us. We kept finding something with every house that we did not like and Mike understood, so patient. We have gotten to know him so well he is like family to us. Well we finally found our home and he was so helpful through the whole process. Absolutely the best process ever. From start to finish this team has a process that is world class. When we moved from Fairfax, we were informed by Roland that that the market is competitive and we should be ready to be prompt, and to notify his team at anytime. Well little did he know that we had 1st hand experience after 3 agents and 4 missed opportunities!! Finally luck put us where I wished we would have been 1st! Do NOT wast your time on the others in this market, I had them all haha. They speed and efficiency and always being ready and able makes them stand out. If you want to take a year and miss out on every home your wife wants, and lets not forget to mention over pay then call someone else. If I could give them a better score I would!!
