This is the second time I have used Jennifer Boncic. The first time was to buy my house and the second was to sell it several years later. There is literally nothing negative I could say about Jennifer. When buying my house she was able to get a solid grasp on what I was looking for and she was beyond patient while we tried to find it. Several years later after a few life changes, I had the need to sell this great house she helped me find. Once I signed their contract she hit the ground running. Throughout the entire process Jen went so far above and beyond you would need the Hubble telescope to see her. I had to move out of state before my house ever went on the market. The ONLY reason I could do that was because of Jen. She did so much for me. Once my house went on the market I had offers rolling in and accepted one less than a week after my house went on the market, I think it was around day 4 or 5. People always complain about how much commission realtors get. Considering EVERYTHING she did during the whole process, she earned every penny. My neighbors know how picky and demanding I can be and several of them have already told me when it comes time to buy/sell, they will be using Jen. She is the BEST!

Had an incredible experience specifically with Daniel Wright on the purchase of our first home in a crazy market. Dan was everything you would want in your realtor when going through the process.

Super responsive at all times of the day. Multiple times was even ahead of us in reaching out to folks such as the inspector and our attorney to keep the process moving along smoothly.

He also helped us navigate a difficult situation with a home we initially thought we would be purchasing but had to back out of due to some inspection issues. We were able to pivot and find a new home that we now can consider a forever home and it's all thanks to Dan!

Luke was one of the top agents I have worked for in this agency. Luke paid attention to detail and took the time to understand my needs with finding a renter for my rental property. I had met with 9 realities to interview simply because my house was listed for 6 months with an alleged hi ranking realtor in the Jackson Lakewood area. There were no sales in the way my house was presented I feel. Was poorly so when was time. I interviewed 9 Real estate companies end my wife in my self chose Roman and his step.
From the time I went house posted, I'm social media. It was sold in 3 days. I have a house went for 1.2 million dollars. An oil, the real I would never see that amount. But it's sold for the full value there with us. Every step of the way there was some issues with our feed, which they worked on to get straightened out and sail went well.
