We should have hired him from the start! When we realized we could be home owners we initially went with the agent who helped us find the house were then renting because we thought she would help us. We wasted almost a year of looking, not understanding why we were being out bid in some circumstances and not having someone teach us the process or help us get things in order.

Then I came across the Roman Lopez Real Estate Team. When I first spoke to Roman I knew we were in excellent hands. He explained the process from start to finish and prepared us for the unexpected things that somehow manage to occur at the most inconvenient times (like right before closing). His knowledge of the process, the build itself, what to be aware of, common business practices, etc. are why we are so thankful we went with him. Being a first time home buyer one doesn't know what to fully expect or how things work. Roman took the time to educate us and how to deal with the big and small things that happen during the build, closing process and even after.

We LOVE our new home. From the beginning to the end, Christina was amazing every step of the way. We were just looking and honestly afraid to get a realtor because we wanted to look and not be pressured into buying right away. I lived in Dallas and my boyfriend lived in Austin, we were not in a hurry and wanted to find something that fit us both. Christina took on the challenge and provided us many options without making us feel pressured yet was always available when we were ready to look. She scheduled showings around our schedule and needs when I was in town. Our financing fell through and she was right on top of it to offer other suggestions and we were able to get approved right away so we didn’t lose out on the house we wanted. She helped find inspectors and even helped get in contact with other experts to ensure roofing and foundation was as it should be. It felt like I was working with my best friend. She had our needs above “the sale” even a few months after we bought our house she was checking in to offer assistance reminding us about primary residence deadlines and other useful information. Roman Lopez and his team made our property purchase easy. At first, the property was up for auction. Roman was diligent in obtaining information and walked us through all possibilities. The property was then pulled from the auction moments before the close. Roman followed up with his contact to inquire why this happened but there was not much information given to him. We figured this was a lost cause and move on. A few months later, Roman reached out to let us know they were willing to sell us the property. Given the circumstance and standards that I gave Roman Lopez and his team, I believe the Roman did a heck of a job helping me find my first home. For every question that I had, he had answer, or made it a goal to get me an answer. Never did I feel like he was trying to get the most money out of me, or rushed. His entire team made this experience a breeze. Towards the end of the house buying process, we found a discrepancy with the wooden fence. Because all deals have been finalize, there was nothing that could have been done to get it fixed under the contract. Roman and his team went above and beyond to make things right!

This review is way over due considering we moved into our new home in June 2016. We had a horrible experience with our first lender who after 6 months of building and planning, was extremely non-responsive to our questions, comments or concerns. After some deep thoughts, we decided to move forward and try to purchase outright rather than build. I found a listing that was attached to Clarissa Lupton and it was almost like God had made a better plan for us. We were about to give up and just go back to renting when I ran across a listing and ended up contacting Clarissa. This will make my 3rd home in 17 years and Clarissa Lupton was by far, the most professional and responsive realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She was quick in responding to our request, set up listings for us to view within a few days and after 4 hrs of viewing on a Saturday, helped us get an offer in within hours of making our selection. My husband and I only have good things to say about Roman. When we started the home buying process, we did not know what to expect. We had never bought a home, and we did not know any realtors. We looked at different websites, and when we found Roman, we know that he’d be the perfect realtor for us. His reviews were amazing, so we decided to give him a call. Based on the experience we had with him, I can see why people give him such great reviews.

We started looking for homes early October 2013, and in late October, we decided to build a home in Pflugerville, TX. The home building experience has been one of the most overwhelming processes that we have ever encountered. Roman was always available with his incredible expertise and advice to help us every step of the way. He always responds promptly to emails, phone calls, and texts. He is always willing to help and support his buyers.

I will honestly say that our first home buying experience was great because of Roman. My husband and I are very thankful to him, and we will definitely recommend him to any friends and family.

Roman sold my home in one day. Roman did every thing from bringing us forms to sign. on a day it was raining, And us calling him late at night, asking questions, that we couldn't wait for the next day. We appreciate his friendly attitude and smiles, it is important to have in his line as a realtor, I see where it also rubbed off to his team members, they as well were very kind and helpful.

A realtor is supposed to represent their client, and Roman Lopez does a superb job of that. We used Roman as our realtor for buying our first house.

When viewing homes, he brought copies of the MLS sheets for the properties we'd see that day. He would keep his focus on us and our questions and concerns and was good at pointing out important issues. If someone else called, he let them know he'd call them right back once he's done (which he does).

He's very prompt with communication. If we had a question, he made sure it was answered. If there was anything going on with the lender or title company, he made sure we knew about it. He worked with our lender to keep us informed on changing laws that would affect our loan and helped us save a great deal in the long run. When I wanted to read any paperwork ahead of time (e.g. for closing) he made sure I got a copy. He was very honest and straight forward with us, and when communicating with others, he was good at coming across as polite and professional yet assertive.

We got to interact with several other realtors when looking at houses, and I'd say Roman is definitely one of the good ones. We recommended Roman to our friends who recently bought their first house with his help, and we recommend Roman to anyone else looking to buy a home.

Roman Lopez is an extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable Realtor. He took the time to understand our specific criteria and helped us find our perfect home. Roman stayed with us every step of the way, was honest and knowledgeable, and very good at explaining things to us in laymen's terms so that were were well-informed and not confused about anything at all stages of the process. He responded to all communication with us promptly and never made us feel like we were bothering him or that he had better things to do than attend to our needs. He answered all of our questions, no matter how trivial and went out of his way to get us closed and into our home on our time frame. He and his team are excellent and at the top of their field. My experience with Roman was extremely positive. In Early 2012, I was looking for a home that would fit my needs, but more importantly my daughters schooling needs as well. He came to my former house and asked me all the important questions that could help him in finding a home that would suit my needs. It was shortly thereafter that he had homes lined up and ready to go, and not only did they suit my needs, they were WAY more than I expected seeing. Meaning, he took the time to find safe, comfortable homes that had some extra bonuses that would make my living experience even nicer. He went out of his way to show me these homes and let my daughter trek through them and give her thumbs up of approval (or not)! I have NEVER met a more caring realtor that wasn't just in it to make a fast buck, he truly took the time to listen to me and was patient as I was going through a major life transition. Not only did we find the perfect home, but it was literally the perfect neighborhood, that I can today call, family. I got lucky, or maybe Roman is just that awesome...perhaps BOTH! =) You can only go RIGHT with Roman, and I will send everyone I know to him!
