About Romona

30 years of experience. New construction and existing homes. I am a daughter of Real Estate Broker, Margaret Eggenberger grew up in La Canada -Flintridge CA. I was able to work with and for my parents Century 21 in Glendale Montrose in the 80's, My first condo was at the Villa's in Palm Springs CA in 1982. I returned to Palm Springs in 2016 became a full time resident in 2020. Having seen all the trends in real estate and changes what doesn't change are relationships, I become involved in all aspects of choice for my clients, working to find the right home if they are buying and getting the best price if selling. It takes knowing the market not as it is in the moment but seeing the future, and Yes I have predicted markets long before the quarterly reports came out, call it knowledge or just instinct, I keep informed and stay on top of my listings like a moma bear, I always hire a photographer, stage as needed, and clean prep my sellers for the job at hand.
