Ron has been amazing! We were buying a house in Florida from Pennsylvania and every time we contacted him about virtually touring a house, he made it happen within an hour almost every single time. He listened to what was important to us and provided honest feedback about the location and condition of houses we were interested in. He helped us find our first Florida home and we are are

We worked with Ron remotely to buy our condo in Gulfport. He made a potentially stressful situation very enjoyable and kindly persuaded us to stay the course when we started to fear we wouldn’t find what we wanted. He was right and we ended up with the perfect place! Throughout it all, he was calm, responsive and thorough and we knew we were in good hands. Ron is a great professional agent! I was having a hard time getting a place in Saint Petersburg Florida due to the high demand and most properties having multiple offers by the time I would get to see them. I watched the MLS listings daily when my home came across one morning at 7:00am. I called Ron immediately and he was available to show me my home. Being the first person to bid my offer was accepted and we closed within 30days. I highly recommend Ron and so thankful I found my wonderful home which also had a pool which was just a bonus.
