I offer my clients a lot of flexibility and believe in simplifying the buying and selling processes!

I worked in the technology sector for 30 years where my clients ranged from fortune 500 companies to residential owners and builders. I was born and raised in sunny California and have traveled and worked all over the United States. I always enjoyed working in the residential sector and with my wife being in the real estate industry for 20 years I always found the real estate industry to be intriguing. Often I found myself living vicariously thru my wife to experience the rewards of the industry. We moved to Iowa 9 years ago where my wife was born and raised so that we could raise our boy's in a little slower-paced life. My wife has steadily increased her presence in the Real Estate industry locally and recently decided to form a team.

Thru my wife I have learned to respect the complexities that can exist and it gave me the chance to show my clients that I have what it takes to help them get through anything!
