Sometimes, when we just wanted to see a house, we would go there and he would know that we wouldn't like that place. He is really patient and really knows the process. We were relatively new to Greenwood and unfamiliar with any realtors. We were renting but were pretty sure we would like to eventually purchase a home. I saw a few of Ron's signs around town and just decided to research him as a realtor. I saw great things about him online and also saw his years of experience in the profession. There was also a video of him online that I watched. He seemed like someone we'd like to work with so I gave him a call. And I'm so happy I did. I looked at two homes with Ron. Each time I never felt any pressure to buy at all. He was pleasant and there to serve. After one of the showings he just casually mentioned some builders around town as well since I had mentioned that we had previously built a home in another state. It didn't take long for us to realize that we would like to again build a house. We did go to one of the builders Ron suggested and found our model dream home. Ron was right there with us every step of the way throughout the building process. He came to the meeting where we signed the contract, the pre-construction meeting, the pre-dryall meeting and the walk through with the building superintendent. He was always available via e-mail or cell phone. Ron is very pleasant and mild-mannered yet knows how to take charge when needed. We would choose Ron again, and, if we ever need to sell, we will be contacting Ron for sure. Thank you, Ron, for all of your help.
