I was leery of selling our rental property from across the country but Ron executed the sale flawlessly. I truly felt like my own sons were handling the purchase of my home.

Totally professional and answered my calls immediately.

Took the time to explain everything I needed to know. And was patient when I didn't understand something.

It could have been so easy to take advantage of a 72-year-old widow but at no time did I feel anything but genuine care and concern from them.

I ended up getting the exact home I had been wanting and looking for for over a year and a half. They did everything they said they would do and more.

I would recommend this company with no reservations and would say they are certainly customer-minded and integrity driven.

Ron is amazing!!!! We bought our first home with Ron almost three years ago and he is/ was so incredibly informative and understood what we were looking for. We decided to sell our home in 2020 and Ron sold it for an amazing price. We were moving across country and Ron made the process of selling a home during a time that was stressful easy. Ron is quick to respond and KNOWS THIS BUSINESS INSODE AND OUT. He explains everything. If you trust Ron and let him guide you, he will lead you to the best possible outcome. When you are buying he tells you what you need to do to get a house. When you are selling he lets you know what to do to get your house ready to sell. He is with you every step of the way. His photographer is amazing!!! Everyone Ron recommended to help was amazing. Ron took care of everything as we were moving out of state like getting the septic taken care of. The only sad part is not being able to work with Ron again because we trust him so much. He is even helping us find someone else in the new place we moved which is so amazing. Thinking of all he did for us made makes me cry. If you want someone who you can trust 100% who is straight forward, a good person and an amazing human being, work with Ron. He makes the process of buying and selling so easy.

Ron helped me and my wife find a house in Olympia, during a pandemic, with us located 3000 miles away and not being able to see any properties in person. Ron was amazing given the stress and constraints of the situation for us personally. He was always quick to respond and he leveraged his relationship with the seller's agent to make the process as smooth as possible. Overall, I think you would be hard pressed to find a realtor with the knowledge, relationships, and integrity that Ron has. I highly recommend Ron for anyone looking in the Olympia and surrounding areas.

Ron is an outstanding real estate agent. He takes the time to get to know his clients and create a solid relationship with them rather than treating it as just a business deal. Ron genuinely cares about the service he provides to his clients and wants to make sure they are taken care of in every aspect of their adventure while seeking out that special home for their family. Not only does Ron treat his clients with respect and care he is a leader in his office. He has consistently been in the top five producing agents within the office of at least 130 agents. So not only does he care about his clients, he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Ron for any transaction.

From the moment I was introduced to Ron Rougeaux (Ron) I could tell he was a professional and knew his business in the real estate world. He was there to work for me. Before our first meeting he had done all the research and had a plan in place to present to me.

He commented some improvements to the house that he knew the home inspectors and lenders would want done, which by getting them done ahead of time saved time and money. The contracts Ron has we're professional and went the extra mile to make the home look brand new.

The photographer Ron uses was absolutely amazing, he spent almost four hours writing a story with his photos. Within 24 hours we had eight offers at and above the asking price.

I think this happened due to having the right guy working in my best interest, the whole process was a breeze thanks to Ron. I would recommend Ron to everyone that is listing a home for sale or wanting an outstanding agent to guide them through the process of buying a home.
