He is a Maryland native and Southern Maryland resident. His intimate knowledge of this region, and his experiences of having lived here all his life, give him enthusiasm and a desire to help his neighbors with their real estate dreams. Truly, he loves Maryland Old Bay crabs, the O’s and he loves his job! After earning his BS from the University of Baltimore, he worked for over 15 years in the Information Technology field as a Project Manager Professional (PMP), on big government contracts. His PMP experience has given him all the tools to organize, negotiate and close exceptional real estate deals. He has helped coach the US Naval Academy rugby team and he loves to support our troops by helping them buy or sell their homes. He is a Military Relocation Professional Designation and earned his e-PRO Certification, solidifying his tech knowledge and skills in his real estate business. He has also earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certificate which enhanced his skills in pricing properties.
