In June of 2018 my husband Daniel was offered his dream job on Keewaydin Island, off of Naples Florida. We were living on the island while Daniel was in charge of the renovation of the property. Once the project was complete, Daniel transitioned into the Caretaker for the property. Now it was time to find our own place in Naples. We talked to a few different Realtors and looked at a few places. We wanted to be very intentional when buying a place in Naples as we absolutely love it here, but coming from a small town in Maine there is quite a difference in living in a community and what you can and can’t do. We own a truck and a large dog and we were not willing to give up either. Everyone else we spoke with would look a little and say we could have them and then find out the one or the other were not allowed in that community.
Then we were at Daniel’s employers house and we were introduced to Ron Agin. We found out that Ron is a Realtor and asked if he could help with our home search. Daniel and I have been Realtors in Maine so we understand what it takes to make the dream of a home come true. We sat down with Ron and told him what we had to have and what we were willing to compromise on. He listened to everything we said and then took the reins and started researching communities. He didn’t just look at houses or condos, he called the communities and asked specific questions about the truck and the dog. He knew that we wanted an open floor plan and that we weren’t afraid of getting our hand dirty with a renovation for the right place.
He took over a week doing his due diligence while staying in touch. Once he had what he thought were enough listing he gave us a call and off we went on showings. He gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision for us.
I thought that I really wanted a first floor condo or single story home, but with Ron’s help we found the perfect second floor condo in a great community.
Once we started to negotiate with the seller’s agent we really saw what Ron could do. He has a real passion for his clients and will go above and beyond to make their dreams come true. He got us our forever home for under appraised value and during the pandemic.
Anyone that is looking for a Realtor that knows his stuff and understand what being a true Realtor is all about should definitely call Ron Agin.

Ron is the best. I was a first time buyer and Ron took the time to explain how buying a house works. He was always there when I had a question or wanted to meet up, he worked around my busy work schedule. Ron showed me houses that fit my exact wants, needs, and budget. He was able to find me my DREAM home!! Ron is the most friendly and trustworthy realtor there is. I will recommend him to every one!

I highly recommend Ron Agin for anyone who lives out of state and would like to purchase a home in Naples!
