Ron is a great person to work with Veterans. After 27 years in the Navy he knows our needs and how to best help us. My house was closed 28 days after contact with Ron. That is finding the house, making the offer, getting the appraisal and doing the paperwork. He took care of everything. I will highly recommend him to all Veterans and anyone who needs a great agent that gets it done. Great man.

Ron is sincerely and honestly THE BEST.
I am a very particular person and Ron exceeded my expectations as a real estate agent and as a genuine and good person. I have made several real estate transactions in my life and this was by far the easiest. My property had an offer, significantly above asking, within the first week it was on the market. It is pertinent to say that the property had some 'challenges' and I did not expect it to sell that quickly. There is no doubt in my mind that it was due to Rons expertise and guidance. He is also superb at staying in communication and giving regular updates.
STOP HUNTING FOR AN AGENT. YOU FOUND THE RIGHT ONE!

Ron was amazing. I was moving back to the area after being gone for 18 years. He knew I was on a condensed timeline for selecting and purchasing my new home. Ron had multiple viewings scheduled based on the information I provided him. He also had a variety of homes ready to view that illustrated the various price ranges for the area. This made it very easy to find the house I wanted. Once we made an offer Ron stayed on top of everything throughout the buying process. He ensured all parties submitted their documents on time and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process.

Ron made the home buying process, which can be intimidating, as easy as it could be for me.

It was great working with Ron. He really listened to what I was looking for in a home and made sure all my requirements for the home were met. I was very active on the realtor websites trying to find that perfect place, and Ron made the comment “I bet you I find it first”. Well.. he did! He sent me a link to the house I purchased a few hours after it was listed, we got an appointment to check it out, and we moved quickly to the offer state. I would not hesitate to use Ron again.
