About Ronald

A Southern California native, Ron Melendez has lived all over the Los Angeles area. Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley, he would head over to the beaches of Orange County to surf. After moving to Westwood to attend U.C.L.A., Ron has lived in Santa Monica, the Valley, and West Hollywood, before finally settling with his family in the South Bay. They now live in Manhattan Beach’s Tree Section where his daughters attend American Martyrs School.

Ron believes in real estate done right. And he believes that the most important way to do that is to listen to really hear what the client wants and needs, and to put all other concerns aside in pursuit of that. Ron knows how important your decision to buy or sell a property is. After 30 years working as an actor working in both TV and Film, Ron has brought that passion to real estate. He loves helping people find the perfect place to call home or helping someone get the best price for their property so that they can achieve their dreams. He believes that this job is all about service. At the end of the day, he wants to look back and know that he always did right by his clients.
