We found a house that we liked and clicked on the link. Ron Taylor was the first (of many) realtors to contact us. We hadn’t purchased a home in 23 years, so this process was quite different for us. Ron provided excellent service, immediate attention to detail and factual advice throughout the process. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with Ron, so much so, we also asked him to sell our home. He has continued to keep in touch with us, not only as a realtor, but as a good friend.

Ron was fantastic. I came to him with what felt like the impossible of listing my home in a little over a week after contacting him AND wanting to do all of the paperwork after I had already moved multiple states away. As a first time home seller, he was beyond patient in walking me through what each type of offer meant, the pros and cons for me as a seller and kept me up to date throughout the entire process around what was needed from me and what I could expect. The house sold in the first weekend listed, healthily over asking! Highly recommend working with Ron for a seamless process. His experience truly shone through and made a newbie like myself feel totally at ease.
