Aug 11, 2017, To anyone looking for an exceptional realtor: Ronda Deakins is a great realtor. I did not choose Ronda to sell my home through a referral. I looked online and found her. Because of my situation and because my home would be a short sale everything was time sensitive. Ronda called me back directly and immediately put me at ease. I could tell immediately that she was very knowledgeable about the short sale process. In our initial meeting she was prepared with comps and had brought everything she needed for the listing. She ended up being the most tenacious, kind, thorough & effective business professional I have truly ever met in the Inland Northwest. In the course of the 2 years that it took to sell my home, Ronda met every challenge optimistically, and she went above and beyond what most professionals would do. The numbers needed to sell my home kept changing for various reasons beyond anyone’s control but Ronda rose to every challenge. I really admire the way she always had the facts and was so supportive, like a true friend and even like a mom! Several times I lost hope. She never did. To this Realtor the ever changing puzzle was going to be solved and she did solve it. She even did the work of the buyer’s agent during the holidays. Rhonda is a great realtor. She has worked so hard to find just the right home for me and my family. With two boys and a large dog not just any house will do. My husband also loves the Greenacres school district for our oldest so when we told Rhonda we are pretty locked into this one area she has done everything to find us a great house in our price range and in this school district. Rhonda is very knowledgeable and is a great resource for first time home buyers. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy their first house. Amy K.

Ronda is a superior Realtor - and one of the very few that I have ever met that listens to you and find homes based on what works for your family. She never once got irritated with me on the occasions that we walked into homes and I said nope, or I said YES she made sure the home would fit what I wanted and pointed that out, stopping me from buying a home I wasn't going to be happy with and finding me and my kids our First Home which was our dream home! Ronda held me hand the entire way thru this stressful decision and really helped me to find the perfect home, in the perfect school district. I am forever grateful for Ronda!!
